Zen Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Zen Technologies Ltd has recommended the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 @ 100% i.e. Rs. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of Rs 1/- each to be declared at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend if declared will be paid (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes) within the timelines prescribed under the law.
