Jindal Steel Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Jindal Steel Limited has considered and recommended Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 @ 200%, i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each, which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other authorities, wherever required.

Shares of Jindal Steel Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1223.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1228.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35654 in over 2645 trades.
