In April 2026, the construction equipment industry witnessed largely flat volumes. While ongoing infrastructure execution and an established project pipeline continued to provide support, incremental growth remained muted across segments. Equipment utilisation stayed stable, aided by government capital expenditure. However, emerging geopolitical uncertainties may pose potential supply-chain disruptions, pressure on Government capex program and increase input cost pressures that can have temporary adverse impact on the demand.
