Sundram Fasteners Ltd recommends 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4.25

The Board of directors of Sundram Fasteners Ltd has, declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 4.25 per share (425%) for the financial year 2025-2026 and the same will be paid to the members/beneficial owners whose name appear in the register of members / register of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on the record date i.e. May 08. 2026.
