Naperol Investments Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 16.48 for FY26

The Board of directors of Naperol Investments Limited has recommended the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, @164.80% i.e. Rs16.48/- (Rupees Sixteen Paise Forty-Eight Only) per equity share of Rs 10/-each to be declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if declared, will be paid (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes) within the timelines prescribed under the law.
