Godrej Agrovet Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 11

The Board of directors of Godrej Agrovet Limited has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 110% (One Hundred & Ten per cent) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, i.e., Rs. 11.00/- (Rupees Eleven Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("35 th AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Godrej Agrovet Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 593.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 589.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9420 in over 1018 trades.
