ACC Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of directors of ACC Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs. 7.50/- (Rupees Seven and paise Fifty Only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026, as 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after July 1, 2026 subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of ACC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1436.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1440.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16452 in over 1596 trades.
