Adani Enterprises Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.30

The board of directors of Adani Enterprises Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.30 (@ 130 %) per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company has fixed Friday, 12th June, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to receive dividend of Rs. 1.30 (@ 130 %) per Equity Share having face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2025-26. The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after 30th June, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2424.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2410.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 222027 in over 11325 trades.
