Fabtech Technologies Announces Landmark FY2026 Results: Revenue Surpasses ₹200 Crore Milestone

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited (BSE: FABCLEAN), a premier provider of turnkey cleanroom solutions, has officially released its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The report highlights a year of significant scaling, strategic diversification, and robust top-line growth as the company transitions into a sector-agnostic engineering powerhouse.

Financial Performance Highlights

The company achieved a major milestone by crossing the ₹200 crore revenue mark. Consolidated revenue surged by 46.9%, reaching ₹221.72 crore compared to ₹150.89 crore in the previous fiscal year. This growth was mirrored across key profitability metrics:

EBITDA: Rose by 28.27% to ₹23.16 crore.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Increased by 17.14% to ₹19.95 crore.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Grew by 18.95%, rising from ₹13.29 crore to ₹15.82 crore.

Strategic Investments and Market Expansion

The management described FY2026 as a year of "deliberate investment." While absolute profits grew, PAT margins saw a planned compression to 7.13%. This was attributed to a strategic shift to establish "reference projects" in high-growth, non-pharmaceutical sectors such as data centers, solar energy, and microelectronics.

A standout achievement was the execution of a ₹68 crore solar project for Waaree (Sangam Solar), which significantly increased the company's average project ticket size. To support this multi-sector expansion, Fabtech increased its marketing spend by 143% and doubled its investment in employee benefits to secure specialized engineering talent.

The Power of the Ecosystem

Fabtech's integrated ecosystem strategy is yielding tangible results through its subsidiaries and associates:

Kelvin Air Conditioning & Ventilation Systems: Now a 60.20% subsidiary, Kelvin contributed approximately ₹64.53 crore to the topline, strengthening Fabtech's turnkey HVAC and data center capabilities.

AART (Associate): Focused on the microelectronics sector, AART more than doubled its revenue to ₹34.49 crore, validating the company's expansion beyond traditional healthcare and biotech fields.

Overcoming Operational Challenges

The fiscal year was not without its hurdles. Fabtech successfully navigated global geopolitical volatility and raw material bottlenecks. The company also took decisive action to enhance operational integrity by implementing rigorous governance protocols and neutralizing internal information security risks. Financial results also reflected a one-time write-off of ₹84 lakhs following an NCLT order and a strategic merger of Altair into Advantek, which increased Fabtech's stake in the entity to 34.99%.

Forward Outlook: Vision 2030

With an order book exceeding ₹199 crore as of March 31, 2026, the company enters FY2027 with high visibility and momentum. Management anticipates maintaining a growth rate of 30-40% while focusing on margin recovery as initial sector-entry costs stabilize.

Future growth drivers include the automation of the Umbergaon Manufacturing Facility, the commencement of a new facility in Hyderabad, and international expansion via a newly incorporated UAE subsidiary. These initiatives are central to "Vision 2030," the company's roadmap to becoming India's preeminent turnkey cleanroom engineering platform.

Shares of Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 293.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 283.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30800 in over 70 trades.
