Force Motors Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 50

The board of directors of Force Motors Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) (500%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each, to the shareholders, for the Financial Year 2025-26, which will be paid subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
