REC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.55

The board of directors of REC Ltd have approved the recommendation of Final Dividend @ Rs. 1.55/- (Rupees One and Paise Fifty Five only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). This is in addition to the Interim Dividend(s) of Rs. 17/- per equity share already declared during the financial year 2025-26 in four tranches, thereby making total dividend for the financial year 2025-26 to Rs. 18.55/- per equity share on face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The aforesaid final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 1.55/- per equity share, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration in ensuing AGM.

Shares of REC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 375.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 378.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 609367 in over 11860 trades.
