Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (i.e. 35% on the face value) per share on the equity shares of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended on 31 March 2026.

The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the ensuing 27th AGM of the Company.

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 340.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 326.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24255 in over 740 trades.
