InfoBeans Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of InfoBeans Technologies Ltd has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share on the paid‐up equity share capital of the Company, along with a special dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting.
