Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited have recommended payment of Final Dividend at Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) (40%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 and the same to be approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Thursday, 24th September, 2026. The proposed dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after Monday, 28th September, 2026, but within 30 (thirty) days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7317 in over 101 trades.
