Shriram Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Shriram Finance Ltd at their meeting held on April 24, 2026 has recommended a final dividend of Rs.6/- per share of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paidup (i.e.300%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 subject to approval of Members at the ensuing 47th Annual General Meeting ('47th AGM'). This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs.4.80/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up declared on October 31, 2025 which was paid to the eligible Members on November 17, 2025. With this the total dividend for F.Y. 2025-26 is Rs.10.80/- per share (i.e.540%).

The Record Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if declared, by the Members at the ensuing 47th AGM, has been fixed as Friday, July 3, 2026.
