Zensar Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.60

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Zensar Technologies Limited at its meeting held on Friday, April 24, 2026, has unanimously approved/recommended the final dividend of INR 12.60 per equity share of INR 2 each (face value) i.e. 630%, for financial year ended on March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Company will inform the record date for the said purpose, in due course.

Shares of Zensar Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 536.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 565.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36092 in over 2849 trades.
