Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 54

The Board of Directors of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited have recommended an Equity Dividend (Final) of 540% for Financial Year 2025-26 i.e, Rs. 54 /- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each on the paid-up share capital, subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual general meeting of the company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM. This is in addition to the interim equity dividend of ₹ 8.00 per equity share declared by the company during the FY 2025-26. The record date for payment of final dividend would be intimated in due course.

The Board of Directors of the company have recommended preference dividend of 6.65% on the Outstanding Preference Shares up to the date of redemption i.e September 23, 2025, amounting to Rs.15.94 Cr. for the year 2025-26.

Shares of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1034.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1069.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 561096 in over 20227 trades.
