Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd inks MOU with Veena College of Commerce and Science, Mumbai

Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Veena College of Commerce and Science, Mumbai, for academic collaboration in relation to the Bachelor of Financial Markets (B.F.M.) Program.

The MOU has been executed with the objective of combining the academic framework of the University of Mumbai's B.F.M. Program with Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd.'s industry expertise in capital markets and financial education.

Under the terms of the MOU, Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. will undertake activities including student outreach and marketing, provision of qualified faculty, and delivery of coaching for NISM certification modules (Series V-A, VIII, X-A, and X-B). Veena College of Commerce and Science shall continue to manage academic administration, university affiliations, and infrastructure support for the Program.

The collaboration also includes a revenue-sharing arrangement between the parties for the B.F.M. Program, as mutually agreed under the MOU.

This initiative aligns with the Company's strategic objective to expand its footprint in higher education and strengthen industry-integrated learning opportunities for students in the financial markets domain.
