City Union Bank Limited (CUB) has announced the addition of two more branches to its growing national network. Although the branches officially opened on April 23, 2026, the formal intimation to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE Limited was submitted today, following a bank holiday in Tamil Nadu.
With these latest openings, City Union Bank's total branch count has reached 980.

The expansion focuses on key urban centers in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat:
Rajamahendravaram - Tilak Road (Andhra Pradesh): Located at Vadrevu Nagar in the East Godavari District, this branch (Branch No. 979) strengthens the bank's presence in the coastal Andhra region.
Surat - Adajan (Gujarat): Situated in the Sovereign Shoppers complex on Anand Mahal Road, this branch (Branch No. 980) targets the bustling commercial hub of Surat.
