City Union Bank Continues Expansion with New Branches in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat

City Union Bank Limited (CUB) has announced the addition of two more branches to its growing national network. Although the branches officially opened on April 23, 2026, the formal intimation to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE Limited was submitted today, following a bank holiday in Tamil Nadu.

With these latest openings, City Union Bank's total branch count has reached 980.

New Branch Locations

The expansion focuses on key urban centers in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat:

Rajamahendravaram - Tilak Road (Andhra Pradesh): Located at Vadrevu Nagar in the East Godavari District, this branch (Branch No. 979) strengthens the bank's presence in the coastal Andhra region.

Surat - Adajan (Gujarat): Situated in the Sovereign Shoppers complex on Anand Mahal Road, this branch (Branch No. 980) targets the bustling commercial hub of Surat.

Shares of City Union Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 262.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 265.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 183652 in over 7234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 267.35 and intraday low of 260.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48183461.00.
