KD Green Industries Limited (formerly known as Manbro Industries Limited) has announced that its 51% subsidiary, Shivam Pipes, has bagged significant new orders totaling approximately ₹31.55 crore.
The contracts involve the supply of Galvanized Steel Tubular Poles to major utilities and government agencies, marking a strong start to the company's revenue visibility for the upcoming quarters.
Order Breakdown and Execution
The recently secured orders, awarded between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026, are split across two primary sectors:
Power Sector: ₹16.15 crore from various North Eastern State Electricity Boards.
Telecom Sector: ₹15.35 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
The delivery timeline for these projects is set between one to four months, ensuring rapid conversion of these orders into revenue. The supplies will be facilitated through contractors responsible for large-scale power distribution and telecom infrastructure projects.
Strategic Growth in the North East Corridor
The North Eastern region is increasingly becoming a focal point for infrastructure development. Shivam Pipes, through its registered brand 'Xtech', is strategically positioned to capitalize on two emerging trends:
Grid Strengthening: Continued government investment in rural electrification, transmission, and renewable energy distribution.
Overground Fiber Deployment: Due to the region's challenging terrain and high rainfall, there is a significant shift from underground to overhead fiber infrastructure. This transition requires extensive use of galvanized steel poles, creating a new, scalable demand segment for the company.
Operational Strength: Shivam Pipes
Under the 'Xtech' brand, Shivam Pipes operates with a production capacity of 36,000 MT per annum. The subsidiary is an approved vendor for various North Eastern State Electricity Boards, BSNL, and the Public Works Department (PWD).
Management Commentary: "Our empanelment with key utilities and BSNL positions us strongly for future growth. With continued focus on electrification and digital connectivity, demand for galvanized steel tubular poles is expected to remain strong."
