Manbro Industries Ltd renamed as KD Green Industries Ltd and announces strategic acquisition to strengthen its AAC Blocks manufacturing business

Manbro Industries Limited ("Manbro" or "the Company") a BSE listed company (Scrip Code: 512595) is renamed as KD Green Industries Limited vide revised Certificate of Incorporation dated 17 April 2026 issued by MCA. New name of the Company will align with its present business activities and group to which it belongs i.e. KD Group.

Company has also completed strategic acquisition of 50.04% of the expanded paid-up equity share capital of Green AAC Block and Mortar Private Limited to expand its business operations in field of Green AAC blocks manufacturing.

Green AAC Block and Mortar is a flagship entity of KD Group, which through its 75% owned subsidiary owns brand and IP rights of "Green AAC Block' brand, which operates in North East India. It owns 75% equity stake in B.R. Metallicks Private Limited, which is engaged into manufacturing of AAC Blocks under 'Green AAC Block' Brand. It has annual capacity of 1,20,000 CM which is optimally utilized.
