Ola Electric Announces Ola Sona Weekend with Benefits Worth up to ₹50,000 for Akshaya Tritiya

Ola Electric today announced Ola सोना Weekend to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, offering customers benefits worth up to ₹50,000 across its electric vehicle portfolio. As part of the celebration of one of India's most auspicious festivals, customers will also stand a chance to win the Ola सोना, a limited-edition scooter with real 24-karat gold plated elements. Additionally, the company is offering its Gen 3 S1 X (2kWh) and Roadster X (2.5 kWh) at just ₹49,999, along with benefits of up to ₹50,000 across the portfolio, only valid on 18th and 19th April 2026. Starting today, the Company will offer the following benefits as part of Ola Sona Weekend:

Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh: With discount of ₹50,000, customers can now purchase Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh at ₹1,39,999 only during a limited time purchase window on 18th and 19th April from 6:00 PM - 9.00 PM, along with a free extended warranty for 8 years

Discounts: Avail discounts of up to ₹40,000 on all products across the portfolio

Credit Card Offers: Offers worth ₹10,000 on EMIs on Bank of Baroda, Scapia Federal, Yes Bank, IDFC, HSBC and HDFC credit cards

The limited-edition Ola S1 Pro सोना comes with real 24-karat gold plated elements, representing the pinnacle of innovation by combining luxury with functionality. Ola सोना also comes with the immersive "सोना Mood," which offers a premium riding experience through a gold-themed interface on the Ola app and a customised MoveOS dashboard. The dashboard enables riders to personalise ride modes and settings, creating a more bespoke and elevated journey.

The company also announced the extension of the purchase window for its 4680 Bharat Cell powered Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh. The significant price reduction for the electric motorcycle is enabled by rapid economies of scale at its Gigafactory and deep vertical integration of its indigenously developed 4680 Bharat Cell. The Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh is now priced at ₹1,39,999, down from ₹1,89,999, and is being made available in limited units only during specific purchase windows. The company is witnessing strong momentum in demand, reflecting growing customer confidence in its products and technology.

In addition to this, Ola Electric recently launched the new S1 X+ 5.2 kWh, powered by its indigenously developed 4680 Bharat Cell. With S1 X+ 5.2 kWh, the company brings its advanced in-house cell technology to the mass market, making long range EV scooters accessible for every Indian. Launched at an introductory price of ₹1,29,999, S1 X+ 5.2 kWh marks a major milestone in Ola Electric's journey to drive adoption of high-performance EV technology at scale.

Shares of OLA Electric Mobility Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 40.83 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.67. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12913610 in over 26223 trades.
