Landmark Cars Limited (NSE: LANDMARK / BSE: 543714), India's leading premium automotive retailer, has announced robust business updates for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Despite global uncertainties, the company achieved its highest-ever annual proforma revenue, driven by strong demand momentum and a flourishing after-sales business.

Financial Performance Highlights

The company reported a significant double-digit growth across its key segments:

Annual Revenue: The consolidated proforma revenue for FY26 reached ₹6,713 Crore, a growth of 19.32% compared to ₹5,626 Crore in FY25.

Quarterly Revenue (Q4FY26): Revenue stood at ₹1,790 Crore, marking a 17.30% YoY increase over Q4FY25.

Vehicle Sales: Total vehicle sales (including Agency, Pre-Owned, and Mercedes-Benz agency models) grew by 20.79% annually to ₹5,664 Crore.

After-Sales Service: This high-margin segment delivered its highest-ever quarterly performance at ₹282 Crore, supported by the successful ramp-up of newly opened workshops.

Operational Updates and Future Outlook

The company noted that demand remained strong following the implementation of GST 2.0. While supply constraints for BYD cars slightly affected quarterly growth, normalized supply is expected to resume by June.

Key Model Launches:

Commenced in Q4: Deliveries began for the Mercedes-Benz V Class, Mahindra XUV 7XO, Mahindra XEV 9S, and the new-generation Kia Seltos.

Upcoming in Q1 FY27: Sales for the Mercedes-Benz CLA, MG Majestor, and the highly anticipated new Renault Duster are set to begin in the June quarter.

During the quarter, Landmark Cars was honored with several prestigious awards, including the BYD Volume Leader APAC 2025 Global Award, and multiple partnership awards from Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen for marketing and management excellence.
