IndiQube Signs ₹ 75 Crore Workspace Deal with Leading Healthcare Tech GCC in Bangalore

IndiQube Spaces Limited, an integrated tech enabled workspace solutions platform, today announced the signing of a significant workspace leasing agreement with a leading Global Capability Centre in the healthcare technology space.

The client has taken up over 48,000 sq.ft. of premium Grade A workspace along the Outer Ring Road corridor, one of Bengaluru's most sought-after commercial micro markets. The deal is valued at around ₹75 crore over a five-year tenure.

This transaction underscores the growing demand from Global Capability Centres for high quality, scalable workspaces in key business districts and further reinforces IndiQube's position as a preferred partner for GCCs.

Shares of Indiqube Spaces Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 135.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 134.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7134 in over 251 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.35 and intraday low of 130.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 959958.00.
