Credent Global Finance Ltd to change name as AMPL Capital Ltd

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company at its duly convened meeting held today i.e., March 27, 2026 at the registered office of the Company, has considered and approved the shifting of the Corporate Office of the Company from MICL Aaradhya One Earth, Four Point H Wing Pant Nagar Ghatkopar East Mumbai 400075, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400075 to Unit No. 1216, 12th Floor, C-wing, One BKC, G Block, Opposite Bank of Baroda, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai , Maharashtra 400051, with effect from March 27, 2026.

The board also considered and approved the Change in name of the Company from "CREDENT GLOBAL FINANCE LIMITED" to "AMPL CAPITAL LIMITED" subject to prior No Objection Certificate ('NOC') from Reserve Bank of India ("RBI"), Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") and other necessary approvals.
