TANFAC Industries Ltd revises record date for sub-division of equity shares

TANFAC Industries Limited (Joint Sector Company with TIDCO and Anupam Rasayan India Ltd.) had announced earlier the record date for sub-division of equity shares as Thursday, March 05, 2026 for the purpose of determining eligibility of Equity Shareholders for sub-division of equity shares of the Company, such that 1 (one) equity share having face value of ₹ 10/- (Rupees ten only) each will be subdivided into 2(Two) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each ranking pari-passu with each other in all respects. The above record date has been revised to Monday, March 09, 2026 for the said sub-division of equity shares.
