Chalet Hotels approves ₹633 Cr Luxury Hotel Project

Chalet Hotels Limited's Board approved development of a ~330-room luxury hotel with ~36,255 sq. ft. commercial/retail space at Madhapur, Hyderabad, on February 23, 2026.

The envisaged Hotel is being developed as part of a building premises which will be availed on a warm shell lease. Once operational, this shall be the Company's third hotel at Hyderabad.

Total investment is ~₹6,328 million (including security deposit), funded via internal accruals and debt, with operations targeted for FY2029. This aligns with Chalet's expansion strategy in key markets.

Shares of Chalet Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 862.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 863.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 769 in over 88 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 873.75 and intraday low of 820.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 665227.00.
