RMC Switchgears Ltd receives LOIs for orders worth Rs. 200.86 crores

RMC Switchgears Limited has received Letters of Intent (LOI) amounting to ₹ 200,86,53,263.08/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Eighty Six Lacs Fifty Three Thousands Two Hundred Sixty Three Rupees and Eight Paisa only) inclusive of all taxes as following:

- Letter of Intent(LOI) for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at Dholpur Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-610.

- Letter of Intent(LOI) for executing the works relating to Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work for Segregation of 11 KV mixed load feeders at Jhalawar Circle of Jaipur Discom of Rajasthan State under Revamped Reforms- based and Results linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on turnkey basis against RFP JVVNL/RDSS/INFRA/FS/TN-612.

The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company's order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company's revenue and growth prospects.

Shares of RMC Switchgears Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 412.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 383.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79750 in over 437 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 420.00 and intraday low of 390.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32723818.00.
