KPI Green Energy Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of KPI Green Energy Limited at their meeting held today i.e. January 21, 2026, declared Third Interim Dividend at 4% i.e. Rs. 0.20/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.

The Record date for payment of this interim dividend is January 28, 2026.

The Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date.
