Signatureglobal India Ltd executes sale deed to sell property in HSIDC

Signatureglobal India Ltd has executed a Sale Deed today i.e., 30th December, 2025 ('Sale Deed') to sell the Company's investment property situated in Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) at Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram, as per the conditions mentioned in the Sale Deed.

The size of the agreement is Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores only)

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1113.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1133.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13971 in over 560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1135.00 and intraday low of 1109.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15735378.00.
