IFCI has sold stake in NEDFi for Rs. 121.77 crores

IFCI has monetised its ~10% equity stake (comprising 1,00,00,000 equity shares with cost of Rs 10 crore) in North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi) for a total consideration of Rs 121.77 crore.

Shares of IFCI Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 50.46 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.47. The total number of shares traded during the day was 516674 in over 2993 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.40 and intraday low of 50.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26170362.00.
