NBCC India Ltd has sold 417 residential units at Aspire Leisure Valley

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 417 residential units at Aspire leisure valley, (2 towers: Tower No 7 & 8) at Gr. Noida (W), UP and Aspire Silicon City, Ph-IV (Tower No.05) at Sec-76, Noida, UP Sub-Package-4 through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1045.40 crores.

NBCC will get marketing fee 1% of sale value.

The said e-auction was in the normal course of business of the company.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 121.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 749481 in over 5987 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 122.45 and intraday low of 120.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 91093034.00.
