East India Drums & Barrels Manufacturing Ltd awarded contract through GeM

East India Drums & Barrels Manufacturing Limited has been awarded a contract through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) by Munitions India Limited, a Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence.

The order value is ₹39,60,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Nine Lakh Sixty Thousand only), inclusive of all taxes.

The receipt of this contract further strengthens the Company's presence in Defence Sector supplies and reflects continued confidence of public sector undertakings in the Company's manufacturing capabilities and product quality.

Shares of East India Drums and Barrels Manufacturing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10300 in over 105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 94.45 and intraday low of 85.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 888166.00.
