PBM Polytex Ltd updates on sale of land

PBM Polytex Limited has announced regarding the sale of land admeasuring approximately 11,800 square meters (Survey Nos. 227, 228, and 229 at Village Saoner, Taluka Saoner, District Nagpur, Maharashtra) for Rs. 6,22,70,000 was filed on December 17, 2025.

The Company acknowledges a genuine oversight in not promptly recognizing this transaction, including the related Board resolution.

Shares of PBM POLYTEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 54.79 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3035 in over 40 trades.
