Deshraj Solar Energy Pvt Ltd enters into tower supply contract

Deshraj Solar Energy Private Limited ("Deshraj"), a subsidiary of CESC Limited has entered into a Tower Supply Contract ("Contract") with Toolfab Renewable Energy & Infra Private Limited ("Toolfab") (CIN: U42209KA2024PTC191977) (which is a domestic entity) for Supply of Towers for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG Tower) by Toolfab for the wind project with a capacity of 300 MW to be developed by Deshraj in the villages of Ralla and Kurburahalli, Andhra Pradesh, India. Toolfab shall make all the necessary arrangements such that 91 (ninety one) towers are delivered within 12 (twelve) months from the date of Notice to Proceed. Further the promoter/ promoter group/group companies of Deshraj have no interest in Toolfab and the aforesaid Contract, is not a related party transaction.
