A-1 Ltd fixes Dec 22, 2025 as record date for bonus issue, stock split

The Board of Directors of A-1 Ltd has fixed Monday, December 22, 2025 as record date for the following purpose:

1. To determining eligibility of the shareholders for Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in proportion of 3 (Three) equity shares for every existing 1(One) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each

2. To determining eligibility of Split of shares of shareholders for the purpose of Sub Division/Split of every 1 (One) Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid up, be sub-divided/split into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares having face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each fully paid-up.
