Prime Fresh Ltd acquires land

Prime Fresh Limited has executed a sale deed for the purchase of 6 acres land in Maharashtra, Nashik District at Sinanr Taluka in Shrirampur village for total consideration (including all expenses) of Rs. 1,32,70,500/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Two Lakhs Seventy Thousand Five Hundred) to expand it's National & Global Operations in F&V supply chain eco-system.

Shares of Prime Fresh Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 223.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 216.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8971 in over 65 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 226.85 and intraday low of 212.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2004555.00.
