Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd to shut down Chips Plant for maintenance

Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited's Chips Plant and line 5 situated at Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajibagar, will be temporarily shut down for planned maintenance activities for 35 days (tentative) starting from 16th December, 2025. Line 4 situated at Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, will be temporarily shut down for planned maintenance activities for 10 days (tentative) starting from 16th December, 2025.

The purpose of the same is to carry out essential maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operations and safety at our Waluj plant (IPD), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar ("Aurangabad").

Shares of Garware Hi-Tech Films LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3678.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3666.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4130 in over 1091 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3822.30 and intraday low of 3575.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15371122.00.
