Purple Finance Limited allots 1 crore warrants to Intellect Money Finvest Pvt Ltd

The Finance Committee of Purple Finance Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. December 12, 2025, has approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Equity Share Warrants of the Company convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares having the face value of INR 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) fully paid-up at an issue price of INR 39/- (Rupees Thirty Nine Only) (including a premium of INR 29/- per Warrant) per share aggregating to INR 39,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Nine Crores Only) to Intellect Money Finvest Private Limited ("Allottee").
