ARCL Organics Ltd signs MOU for land, asset purchase

ARCL Organics Ltd has signed an MOU on 6th December 2025 with Vishvam Formalin, Angel Resins and Mr. Hasmukhbhai Patel and Mr. Sandeep Patel for purchase of land, industrial plants, machinery and equipment situated at Survey No: 442/P, Village - Kadadra, Zak-Kdadra Road, Ta-Dehgam, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat - 382305.

A definitive agreement and sale-deed of land is yet to be signed on the above matter as full, and payment is expected to be completed by 31st December 2025.

Shares of ARCL Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 369.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 379.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1595 in over 88 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 378.50 and intraday low of 362.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 593585.00.
