Emmvee Energy Pvt Ltd pays Rs. 211.58 crores to KIADB for land allotment

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited's material and wholly owned subsidiary, Emmvee Energy Private Limited ("Subsidiary"), has made a payment of Rs. 211.58 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Eleven crore and fifty-eight lakhs only) to Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board ("KIADB") towards land allotment for the proposed 6GW integrated solar module and cell facility at Devanahalli, Bengaluru. With this, the Subsidiary has made the entire payments towards the said land allotment.

Shares of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 212.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 220.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 451927 in over 4376 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 223.15 and intraday low of 210.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 97689607.00.
