The Board of Directors of Modison Limited at its meeting held on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, has considered and declared the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (@250%) per Equity share of Rs. 1.00/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Monday, December 08, 2025, has been fixed as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
