HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd allots 21,41,54,246 bonus equity shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited, today, i.e. November 27, 2025, has approved the allotment of 21,41,54,246 equity shares of Rs. 5/- (Rupee Five only) each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) bonus equity share for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share held by the Members of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. November 26, 2025.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 2,14,15,42,460/- divided into 42,83,08,492 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2680.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5340.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13008 in over 1878 trades.
