RMC Switchgears Ltd receives LOI worth Rs. 42.23 crores

RMC Switchgears Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ₹42,23,90,437.24 /- (Rupees Forty Two Crores Twenty Three Lakhs Ninety Thousand Four Hundred ThirtySeven and Paisa Twenty- Four only) from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited for executing the works relating to Construction of new 132 kV GSS, Kalyanpur (Pachpadra), Distt- Balotra along with associated lines and bays including supply of all Equipments/Materials, Erection (including civil works) Testing and Commissioning under BN- 9016002514 (On Supply & ETC Basis)

The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company's order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company's revenue and growth prospects.

Shares of RMC Switchgears Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 556.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 544.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91875 in over 474 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 565.00 and intraday low of 522.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50218931.00.
