Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd acquires BIC Cello India Pvt Ltd

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited had earlier announced regarding the proposed acquisition of 100% shares of BIC Cello (India) Private Limited (CIN: U51495DD2008PTC004668), the Company has completed the transaction today in line with the agreement.

As part of the transaction, the Company has purchased a total of 4,14,87,608 (Four Crore Fourteen Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Eight) equity shares from the existing shareholders of BIC Cello.

Following this acquisition, the Company now holds 100% of the voting rights in BIC Cello.
