NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) on 19th Nov'2025 in Hyderabad.
The MoU was exchanged between NGEL & SCCL in presence of Sh. N Balram (IRS), Chairman and Managing Director, SCCL and other senior officials from NGEL and SCCL.
The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects including Solar, Wind and Hybrid Projects with or without storage, Green Hydrogen/derivatives, green mobility etc.
Shares of NTPC Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 141335 in over 1448 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 98.90 and intraday low of 98.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13898146.00.
