Maruti Suzuki India Limited recalls 39,506 Grand Vitara vehicles

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced to recall 39,506 units of Grand Vitara, manufactured from 9th December 2024 to 29th April 2025. It is suspected that the fuel level indicator and warning light in the speedometer assembly ("Part") in some of these vehicles may not accurately reflect the fuel status as intended.

Affected vehicle owners will receive communication from Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer workshops for inspection and replacement of the faulty part, free of cost.

Shares of Maruti Suzuki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15678.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15755.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3639 in over 1374 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15740.00 and intraday low of 15579.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56918372.00.
