Saraswati Commercial India Ltd invests in anchor portion of Pine Labs Ltd IPO

Saraswati Commercial India Limited ("the Company"), acting as an Anchor Investor, has agreed to invest in the Initial Public Offering of Equity Shares of Pine Labs Limited.

The Company has subscribed to 6,78,777 equity shares at a price of Rs. 221 per share, amounting to a total investment of Rs. 15,00,09,717 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Only) under the Anchor Investor category.

The payment for the aforesaid investment was made on 6th November 2025 and the Company has received the confirmation on allocation of the said shares on 7th November, 2025 at 12.37 a.m.

Pine Labs Limited is a leading Indian merchant commerce platform that provides point-of-sale (POS) solutions, payment processing, and merchant financing services. Pine Labs empowers businesses of all sizes-from small retailers to large enterprises-with digital payment technologies and value-added services.

Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited is a NBFC Company engaged in the business of Investment in shares & securities. Thus in its normal course of business the Company is investing in the target Company as a Financial Investor.

Shares of SARASWATI COMMERCIAL (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12398.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12120.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84 in over 46 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12532.00 and intraday low of 12120.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1042209.00.
