Solarium Green Energy Limited has received three new Purchase Orders, the details of which are as under:

1. Two Purchase Orders have been received from Suntek Energy Systems Private Limited (Truzon Solar) dated September 16, 2025, amounting to approximately ₹12,18,38,681/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Eighteen Lakh Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-One Only) and ₹31,53,471/- (Rupees Thirty-One Lakh Fifty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-One Only) exclusive of GST for the supply of 715wp N-Type i-TOPCon Bifacial Dual Glass Monocrystalline Modules N-DCR

2. One Purchase Order has been received from Solluz Energy Private Limited dated October 15, 2025, amounting to approximately ₹6,11,58,240/- (Rupees Six Crore Eleven Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty Only) exclusive of GST for the supply of 715Wp N-Type Bifacial Solar PV Modules.

Shares of Solarium Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 324.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 321.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27000 in over 44 trades.
