Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd resumes operations of Iron Ore Pellet Plant at Siltara

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL) had earlier announced about the unfortunate incident occurred in its 1.8 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant situated at Siltara Industrial Area, Siltara, Raipur Chhattisgarh on 26.09.2025 during the routine plant inspection activity and consequent shutdown of plant operations.

The said Iron Ore Pellet Plant resumed its normal operations on 30.10.2025, and production of Iron ore Pellet has commenced. We would like to further inform you that there is a loss of production about 150000 MT of Iron Ore Pellets during the aforesaid shutdown period. However, we are confident that we would able to achieve the yearly production targets, as the Company will riot be required to take any further maintenance shutdown during the current financial year.
